안녕하세요.  와이예스 엔터테인먼트입니다.

앞으로 공개될 폴킴의 소식에 많은 관심과 사랑 부탁드리며  원활한 운영을 위해 아래 통합 규정을 확인하시고 이용에 참고 부탁드립니다. 


닉네임 및 프로필 사진 규정

  • 아티스트와 동일한 프로필 사진 사용을 금지합니다. 
  • 외계어, 부적절한 단어, 욕설/비방 등이 연관되는 단어, 그 외 운영진 기준하에 사용이 불가하다고 판단되는 닉네임 등 사용을 금지합니다. 
  • 아티스트, 소속사, 운영자와 혼동될 수 있는 닉네임 사용 불가 
    * 폴킴, Paul Kim, 김태형, 와이예스, 폴인럽, 폴인럽00, 폴인럽, PaulinLove 등 
    * 띄어쓰기, 대/소문자 구분 없이 해당 단어 단독 사용 불가 
  • 타 연예인의 이름, 타 소속사 이름 등의 닉네임 사용을 금지합니다. 
  • 본인의 이름 단독으로 사용 시 개인정보 노출로 인한 피해가 있을 수 있으니 되도록 사용하지 않도록 주의 바랍니다. 

활동 규정

  • 아티스트를 향한 반말, 요구, 강요, 사생활 질문 등의 글 금지입니다. 
  • 자음/모음, 동일한 게시물로 도배를 금지합니다. 
  • 글 제목/내용/댓글 등 타 아티스트 및 타 팬클럽, 타 소속사 등의 모든 발언을 금지합니다.    
    * 폴킴 관련 언급은 허용하나, 타 아티스트/소속사 언급 시 초성만 가능 
  • 게시판 목적과 다른 글은 글의 목적에 해당되는 게시판으로 통보 없이 이동 또는 삭제 됩니다.
  • 본인이 촬영하지 않은 사진 및 동영상은 저작권 위반을 막기 위해 출처를 꼭 밝혀주시기 바랍니다. 
  • 하기 내용에 해당되거나, 운영진 기준하에 삭제가 필요한 글 제목/내용/댓글은 무통보 삭제 처리됩니다.  
  1. 아티스트의 개인 정보와 사생활 관련된 모든 글  
  2. 확인되지 않은 루머 및 추측성 게시글, 오해의 소지가 있는 글  
  3. 욕설/유언비어/명예훼손/비방, 성적인 요소, 광고, 정치 글  
  4. 특정 팬 저격/분란/비방하거나, 기분을 상하게 하는 언행, 특정 팬을 추측하는 부정적인 글 등 
  5. 폴킴과 관련 없는 내용의 글, 링크  
  6. 불법적 행위 (저작권 관련, 음원 공유 및 요청, 유튜브 음원 추출 등)의 
  7. 본인/타인의 개인 정보가 노출의 글 (이름, 연락처, 이메일, ID, 계좌 정보, SNS ID 등)  
  8. 현물거래, 티켓 양도 및 판매, 모금, 불법적인 행위 등의 글 및 댓글  9) 공구, 홍보성의 글

We have created Paul Kim Official Homepage to provide our fans with a platform for updates and better communication. 

To ensure smooth operation, please review the following user regulations for your reference. We appreciate your love and support for the forthcoming Paul Kim updates. 

Nickname, Profile Photo Rules

  • The use of profile pictures identical to artists' pictures is prohibited.
  • Usernames containing alien languages, inappropriate words, profanity/insults, or any other terms deemed unsuitable by the administrators are not allowed. 
  • Usernames that could be confused with artists, agencies, or administrators are not permitted. 
    * Ex) Paul Kim, PaulinLove, etc.    
    * Spaces and capitalization cannot be used to distinguish between words. 
  • The use of nicknames referencing other celebrities' names or agency names is prohibited.
  • Using your own name alone as a username may lead to potential privacy issues, so please refrain from using it if possible. 

Activity Rules

  • Use of informal language, demands, coercion, personal questions, etc., are prohibited. 
  • Using excessive consonants/vowels is prohibited. 
  • All statements related to other artists, fan clubs, and agencies are prohibited in the post/content/comments.    
    * Mentions of Paul Kim are allowed, but only the first letters of other agencies and artists' names can be mentioned. 
  • Posts that do not correspond to the purpose of each board will be moved to the appropriate board without prior notice. 
  • Posts that fall under the following or need to be deleted according to the operating team's standards will be deleted without prior notice
  1. All posts related to artists' personal information and privacy.   
  2. Unconfirmed rumors and speculative posts that may cause misunderstandings.    
  3. Profanity/slang, defamation/libel, insults, sexual content, advertising, political posts
  4. Negative posts that target specific fans, cause discord, or hurt feelings, and posts that speculate about specific fans in a negative way    
  5. Posts that are unrelated to Paul Kim or contain external links are prohibited.
  6. Posts about illegal activities (related to copyright, sharing/requesting music, extracting music from YouTube, etc.)
  7. Posts that expose personal information of oneself/others (such as name, contact information, ID, account information, SNS ID)
  8. Posts and comments regarding physical trading, ticket scalping and sales, fundraising, illegal activities, etc.
  9. Posts and comments about a joint purchase and promotional post
