팬 활동 에티켓 및 패널티 안내 (2025.01.06)

안녕하세요. 와이예스 엔터테인먼트입니다.

폴킴을 응원해 주시고 무한한 사랑을 주시는 많은 폴인럽분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

폴킴과 폴인럽분들의 건전한 팬 문화를 위해 온/오프라인 에티켓 규정을 안내드립니다.

이에 대해 아티스트의 사생활 보호 및 모두의 안전을 위해 공식적인 제재와 패널티를 부여할 예정이니, 꼭 하기 내용을 숙지해 주시기 바립니다.

[아티스트 사생활 및 비공개 스케줄 에티켓]
1. 스케줄 전/후로 아티스트의 집, 회사, 녹음실, 헤어/메이크업 샵, 머무르는 숙소나 식당 (로비, 주차장 등 포함)등의 개인 공간 등 아티스트의 사생활을 침해할 수 있는 장소에 방문, 배회, 기다리는 행위를 금지합니다.
- 아티스트의 사생활을 지켜주시고, 좋은 컨디션으로 보답할 수 있도록 보장된 안정과 휴식을 위해 부디 존중해 주시기 바랍니다.   

2. 공식 스케줄에 등록되지 않은 스케줄 (비공개 시상식, 사전 공개하지 않은 녹화/녹음 등)에 찾아오는 행위를 금지합니다.
- 공식 스케줄에 업로드되지 않은 비공개 스케줄은 주최 측의 요청에 따라 외부 노출 자제와 업무상 비밀 유지를 위해 사전 공개할 수 없는 스케줄입니다. 팬분들의 비공개 스케줄 현장 방문을 삼가기 바랍니다.

3. 해외 스케줄을 위한 공항 입,출국 시 입, 출국장 내부 (출입국 심사장, 보안검색대, 수하물 수취 구역) / 면세점, 라운지 등 모든 공항 시설 내 / 기내에서의 무분별한 현장 생중계, 촬영을 금지합니다.
- 이는 일반 이용객과 관련 직원에게 불편을 끼칠 수 있으며, 아티스트의 사생활을 침해하는 행위로 일체 금지합니다.

[온/오프라인 에티켓]
1. 회사 관계자, 아티스트와 동행하는 출연진 (밴드/댄서 등), 스태프 등에게 선물을 주거나 전달하는 행위를 금지합니다.
- 편지를 제외한 모든 선물은 받고 있지 않으며, 공식 퇴근길 현장에서 현장 스태프에게만 편지를 전달할 수 있습니다.
- 아티스트가 탑승해 있는 차량 안으로 편지 던지는 행위 또한 금지합니다.

2. 아티스트를 계속 동행하거나 탑승한 차량에 밀착하여 따라오는 행위를 금지합니다.
- 차 안으로 편지를 던지는 행위를 삼가기 바랍니다.
- 길가, 차도 등은 큰 사고가 일어날 수 있는 공간입니다. 모두의 안전을 위해 무질서한 행동은 삼가기 바랍니다.

3. 현장 스태프와 경호팀 안내를 따르지 않고 독단적인 행동을 금지합니다.
- 아티스트와 팬분들 그리고 동행하는 스태프들의 안전과 직결되어 있습니다. 원활하게 현장이 운영될 수 있도록 협조 바랍니다.

4. 행사, 공연, 공개방송 등 관계자 외 출입할 수 없는 곳을 몰래 출입하거나 스태프 또는 관계자를 사칭하는 행위를 금지합니다.

5. 온/오프라인 (공개방송, 행사, 공연, SNS, 커뮤니티 등) 일체 아티스트 및 폴인럽 명예를 훼손하는 언행을 삼가기 바랍니다.
- 아티스트의 팬임이 드러나는 계정을 통해 폴인럽간의 분란을 조장하는 행위, 저격, 비하, 견제 등 상대방의 기분을 상하게 하는 언행이나 타 아티스트/팬덤의 명예를 훼손하는 언행을 삼가기 바랍니다.
- 사실이 아닌 루머, 추측성 글, 오해의 소지가 있는 글 등 작성을 삼가기 바랍니다.
 

[패널티 관련]

- 에티켓 공지 위반 시 패널티를 부여합니다.

1회 적발 시 : 공식 홈페이지 계정 7일 접속 차단 및 온/오프라인 참여 행사 자격 박탈

2회 적발 시 : 공식 홈페이지 계정 30일 접속 차단 및 팬클럽 멤버십 강제 해지

3회 적발 시 : 공식 홈페이지 계정 영구 차단 및 팬클럽 멤버십 가입 영구 제명

- 당시에 적발되지 않더라도 명확한 증거가 있을 시 제보를 통해 조치할 것입니다.

- 패널티 부여 시 공지문을 통해 안내드릴 예정입니다.

- 아티스트와 폴인럽 전체에 대해 명예를 훼손 및 이미지 실추에 대한 행위, 이 모든 내용 외에도 지나친 행위라고 판단되는 경우에도 조치할 것입니다.

- 위와 관련된 내용의 제보는 [email protected]로 접수 부탁드립니다.

  제목 : 에티켓 규정 위반 제보 
  내용 : 1) 제보 내용 및 증빙 가능한 사진 또는 캡처본
            2) (알고 계신 경우) 닉네임

- 신고된 내용은 종합적인 검토 후 내부 판단에 의해 처리됩니다.

에티켓은 아티스트에 대한 존중 및 아티스트와 폴인럽의 이미지와 직결되어 있습니다.
온/오프라인 모든 곳에서 지켜주시고, 질서와 안전을 최우선으로 생각해 주시기 바랍니다.

지속적인 사생활 침해 및 허위사실 유포 등에 대해서는 법적 조치를 취하여 아티스트 보호에 만전을 기할 것입니다.

앞으로 올바른 팬 문화 정착을 위해 단호히 대처할 것이며, 폴인럽분들의 이해와 적극적인 협조 부탁드립니다.

We sincerely appreciate the infinite love and support that many fans give to Paul Kim.

To promote a healthy fan culture for Paul Kim and fans both online and offline, we would like to provide guidelines for etiquette.

Please note that official sanctions and penalties will be imposed for violating these guidelines in order to protect the artist's privacy and everyone's safety. So, please make sure to understand the following:

 [Artist Privacy and Private Schedule Etiquette]

1. Prohibition of Visiting or Loitering in Private Spaces
It is strictly forbidden to visit, loiter, or wait at private spaces that could infringe upon the artist’s privacy, such as their home, company, recording studio, hair/makeup shop, accommodation, or restaurants (including lobbies, parking lots, etc.) before or after schedules.
- Please respect the artist's privacy and help ensure their rest and stability so they can perform in their best condition.

2. Prohibition of Visiting Unregistered Schedules
Visiting schedules not registered as official (e.g., private award ceremonies, undisclosed recordings, or rehearsals) is strictly prohibited.
- Unregistered schedules are kept private at the request of event organizers to maintain confidentiality and operational security. We kindly ask fans to refrain from visiting these locations.

3. Prohibition of Attending Private Schedules
- Visiting any unofficial schedules, including private events or undisclosed activities (e.g., award ceremonies or recordings), is prohibited.

4. Prohibition of Filming or Broadcasting at Airports and on Flights
- Filming or live-streaming in any form is prohibited within airport facilities (e.g., immigration areas, security checkpoints, baggage claim zones, duty-free shops, lounges) or on flights during overseas schedules.
- Such actions may inconvenience general passengers and staff and infringe upon the artist's privacy, and are therefore strictly forbidden.

[Online/Offline Etiquette]

1. Giving or delivering gifts to staff accompanying the artist (band/dancer, etc.) or company personnel is prohibited except for letters.
- All gifts, except for letters, are not accepted. You can only deliver letters to staff at the official "on the way home" greeting.

2. Stalking the artist or following them in the car they are riding is prohibited.
- Please refrain from throwing letters into the car.
- The street, roadway, etc. are spaces where major accidents can occur. Please refrain from disorderly behavior for everyone's safety. 

3. Acting unilaterally without following the directions of on-site staff and security personnel is prohibited.
- This is directly related to the safety of the artist, fans, and accompanying staff. Please cooperate to ensure the smooth operation of the site.

4. Entering a place where outsiders are not allowed (events, performances, public broadcasts, etc.) secretly or impersonating staff or personnel is prohibited. 

5.    Please refrain from any behavior that defames the honor of Paul Kim and fans both online and offline (public broadcasts, events, performances, SNS, communities, etc.).
- Please avoid writing divisive posts, criticisms, insults, restraints, etc. using accounts that reveal that you are a fan of Paul Kim.

- Please refrain from writing rumors, speculative posts, and posts that may cause misunderstandings.

[Penalty Information]

- A penalty will be imposed after the procedure for violating the etiquette notice.

1st Violation: 7-day suspension of access to the official website account and disqualification from participating in online/offline events.

2nd Violation: 30-day suspension of access to the official website account and forced termination of fan club membership.

3rd Violation: Permanent suspension of the official website account and permanent disqualification from joining the fan club.

- Even if not caught at the time of the violation, clear evidence can still result in action being taken.

- We will let you know through the notice.

- We will take action against any behavior that defames the honor or damages the image of Paul Kim and fans as a whole.

Reported issues will be reviewed comprehensively and handled at the discretion of internal decision-making.

Etiquette is essential for respecting artists and maintaining their images as well as those of their fans.

Please follow the guidelines online and offline, and prioritize order and safety.

We will take legal action against ongoing privacy violations and false information dissemination to protect the artist.

We will continue to take firm action to establish a proper fan culture and ask for fans understanding and active cooperation.
