2025 폴킴 소극장 콘서트 <Sincerely yours> 팬클럽 멤버십 대상 선예매 추가 안내 드립니다. 
 

  • 멤버십 정보는 모집 기간 내에만 수정이 가능하여, 현재는 수정이 불가합니다.
  • 비스테이지 내 1:1 문의하기는 선예매 관련하여 운영되지 않음을 알려드립니다.
  • 유효하지 않은 생년월일을 입력하셨으나 매칭이 된 경우, 추후 전산상 검증을 통해 팬클럽 인증이 취소됨을 안내드립니다.

 

  1. 멤버십 ID
    - 도메인까지 입력하셔야 합니다. (@ 이하 주소)
  2. 이름
    - 멤버십 가입 안내 사항에 따라 주문자명과 추가 정보에 기재한 이름이 일치하지 않는 경우 선예매 혜택을 받으실 수 없습니다. 
    - 멤버십 가입 시 추가 정보 이름 란에 영문과 한글을 같이 기재한 경우, 한글만 입력하여야 인증이 가능합니다.
    - 영문으로 기재한 경우 띄어쓰기와 대소문자는 구분하지 않아도 인증이 가능하나, 문장부호는 기재한 그대로 입력하여야 인증이 가능합니다. (내국인/외국인 모두 해당)
  3. 생년월일
    - 멤버십 가입 당시 숫자 6자리 (YYMMDD)로 입력하지 않았거나, 숫자 외 문장부호 또는 특수문자 등을 기입한 경우 인증이 불가합니다.
  4. 멤버십 번호
    - 멤버십 번호는 영문 대문자와 숫자로 조합되어 있으며, 소문자로 기재 시 인증이 불가합니다.

We would like to provide additional information regarding the pre-sale for fan club members for the 2025 Paul Kim Concert <Sincerely yours>.

  1. Membership ID
    Please include the full email address, including the domain (everything after "@").
  2. Name
    - If the name does not match the name provided at the time of membership registration (including in the additional information section), you may not be eligible for the pre-sale benefit.
    - If you entered both English and Korean in the name field during membership registration, you must input only the Korean name for verification.
    - For names entered in English, spaces and capitalization are not case-sensitive, but punctuation must match exactly as entered. (Applies to both domestic and international members).
  3. Date of Birth
    - If you did not enter a six-digit number (YYMMDD) at the time of membership registration, and if punctuation or special characters were included, verification cannot be completed.
  4. Membership Number
    - Membership numbers consist of uppercase letters and numbers. Verification will fail if lowercase letters are used.
