<Paul in Love 5th> Fan Club Verification Method

Access NOL Ticket (formerly Interpark) > Log in > Enter the following information in the fan club verification window on the booking page

1. Email address registered on the official website
   - Membership ID must include the full domain (e.g., @domain.com).
2. Name registered at the time of membership
   - Must be entered exactly as registered, including spaces and punctuation.
   - Not case-sensitive.
3. Date of birth registered at the time of membership
   - Format: YYYY.MM.DD → Example: 1988.02.11
   - The periods separating year, month, and day must be included.
4. Membership number
   - Membership number is 6 characters, including letters and numbers.
   - Not case-sensitive.

How to Check <Paul in Love 5th> Membership Information

Log in via the official Paul Kim HP > My Membership

1. Tap the digital membership card image to confirm your registered name, date of birth, and membership number.
2. Click “View Membership Details” under the digital card image to confirm your registered name, date of birth, and membership number.

Notes on <Paul in Love 5th> Fan Club Verification

• Membership registration has ended, and membership information cannot be modified.
• If incorrect information was entered during registration, it will be considered a mismatch with your ID and pre-verification will not be possible. (e.g., ID card: Kim Taehyung | Entered: Kim Taehyungg → Verification denied)
• Verification must be done in the language originally registered. (e.g., Registered in Japanese but entered in English → Verification denied)

Precautions for <Paul in Love 5th> Fan Club Verification

• Only one NOL Ticket (formerly Interpark) ID can be verified.
• Verification is not possible if the registered name and the NOL Ticket account holder’s name do not match.
• If you do not complete verification during the given period, pre-sale will not be available, and only general booking will be possible later.
• Members who purchased tickets during the pre-sale may still purchase additional tickets during the general sale within the limit.
• If you complete pre-verification on the Korean page, you must book through the Korean page; if on the Global page, booking must be done there.
• Once pre-verification is completed, re-login does not require re-verification.
• Completed verification information cannot be modified, canceled, or reused. Even if you delete your Interpark account, re-verification is not possible.
• Fan club pre-sale is available only via web and mobile. Phone reservations are not available.
• If illegal transactions are detected after the pre-sale, tickets may be canceled without notice, and fan club membership may also be revoked.
• For errors during Interpark pre-verification, please contact NOL Ticket (formerly Interpark) customer service.
