We are pleased to announce the resumption of fan letter reception. To ensure your heartfelt messages are delivered safely to the artist, please read the following guidelines carefully before sending your letters.

• Only standard mail is accepted. (Please note: Registered mail/Certified mail will NOT be accepted.)
• Please make sure to write the artist's name (Paul Kim) clearly on the envelope.

[Important Precautions]

• All fan letters will be delivered directly to the artist. (However, we do not provide individual confirmation or replies regarding the receipt.)
• Only letters are accepted. Any other gifts (books, food, items, cash, gift certificates, gift cards, or any other monetary items) will be returned without prior notice. If a return is not possible, the item will be discarded.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) mail will not be accepted and will be returned.
• In-person deliveries to the office, or deliveries via managers, staff, broadcasting personnel, or session members are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
